Chongqing, 25 January 2018 –Rizon Technologies, a joint venture between Y3 Technologies and Chongqing Transportation Group (CTG), has launched its office at the Chongqing “Global” Internet Industrial Park. This initiative is one of twelve projects under the Chongqing Connectivity Initiative (CCI), Singapore’s third Government-to-Government (G2G) collaboration with China. The opening ceremony was witnessed by Deputy Mayor of YuZhong District, Mr. Deng Guanghuai, as well as various guests from Chongqing and Singapore.

CTG Group’s Hu Shu and Y3 Technologies’ CEO Marc Dragon both shared the background of Rizon as well as its strengths and positioning in the Chinese market. Both also shared their vision for the company’s future.

CTG is the China’s leading integrated transportation enterprise as well as the market leader in Chongqing’s logistics industry. Y3 Technology is Singapore’s leading supply chain management solutions provider with vast experience in multi-modal transport and end-to-end supply chain management solutions. Together, Rizon Technologies capitalizes on the strength and resources of both parties to lead transformation in the logistic industry

Logistics firms in Chongqing as well as the western region lack uniformity in standards and the issue has surfaced in terms of slow developments and lack of information visibility. Rizon Technologies hopes to make use of its supply chain management solutions and advanced information systems to enhance the visibility of information and integrate the online and offline spheres of logistics in the Western region.

Rizon Technologies commences full operation in 2018, collaborating with CTG in various city logistics and multimodal transportation projects. Through resource integration and forward-looking technological innovations, Rizon Technologies will lead the transformation of the traditional supply chain in western China.
