Terms & Conditions

Y3 grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable license to use Y3 only for use in accordance with these terms. Any use of Y3 in any other manner, including without limitation, any modification or distribution of the application or text, graphics, data, hyperlinks, intellectual property and other content associated therewith is not permitted.

By using Y3, the user consents to the collection, transmissions, use and protection of his/her information to Y3. The user shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of his/her information transmitted from or stored on his/her device for the purposes of the service. Y3 shall not be responsible in any way for any loss (including loss of the user’s information) arising from the use of Y3.

The user agrees not to use Y3 in violation of any laws or regulations applicable from time to time or to misuse Y3 in any manner deemed as inappropriate by Y3.

The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless to Y3 and/or its employees and agents from and against all claims, damages (actual and consequential), losses, costs and expenses that is directly or indirectly attributable to the user’s breach of these terms, including any use or misuse of Y3.

Y3 provides this service on an “as is” basis and the user agrees that he/she is using the application at his/her own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Y3 does not make any warranty, representation or guarantee (whether expressed or implied) that Y3 and/or its contents is/are of a satisfactory quality, accurate, non-infringing, free of errors and/or able to operate on an uninterrupted basis.

The logos, graphics, marks used in connection with Y3 are trademarks or registered trademarks belonging to either Y3 or other respective owners. These marks may not be copied, imitated or used (in whole or part) without the prior written permission of Y3 or the applicable trademark owner.

Y3 may amend these terms from time to time without prior notice to the user. The user shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms by his/her continued use of Y3.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the purposes of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the use of Y3 and/or these terms.
