Y3 Technologies was pleased to participate in AI in Supply Chain: From Awareness to Action, held as part of the SkillsFuture Festival 2026.

During the session, Dr. Yap Chih Nam (Head of Product Technology) shared Y3’s perspective on how AI can move from concept to practical application across the supply chain. His presentation highlighted Y3’s approach to AI transformation, from integrating AI into existing applications to developing AI-enabled logistics solutions that can improve warehouse utilisation, fulfilment, transportation and operational decision-making.

Bringing these ideas to life, Jake Chia (Presales Consultant), also conducted a demonstration of Y3’s Transport Management System, one of our solution offerings. The demonstration showcased how digital transport capabilities can help businesses improve visibility and efficiency across delivery operations, supported by functions such as route optimisation, real-time tracking and electronic proof of delivery.

A big thank you to Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) and Supply Chain and Logistics Academy, SCALA for the support, Lifelong Learning SG for hosting the event, and the fellow speakers and industry participants for the engaging discussions and exchange of ideas.
The conversations reinforced an important message: AI in supply chain is no longer just about awareness – it is about identifying practical use cases, building the right digital foundations and taking meaningful steps towards adoption.
We look forward to continuing to work with businesses on their digitalisation journey and exploring how technology and AI can create more connected, efficient and future-ready supply chains.
